Venus-Saturn transits
Venus-Saturn or Saturn-Venus transits can be difficult to deal with at times, but it depends on what your natal chart looks like, what houses these planets are falling in and the rest of what else is going on. Whether its a trine, sextile, conj, square or opposition makes a difference also.  A lot of things can manifest in a Venus-Saturn transit in a person’s life. It isn’t one thing...

Neighbors and the 3rd house
The 3rd house deals with the mind and early education. It is curiosity and chattering. It represents short-distance travels, like everyday commutes to the store or to the bank, or even to a city within a few hours from you.  It deals with siblings and also neighbors.  I was wondering what house represented neighbors and also if there were differences between neighbors in childhood verses ones in...

Astrology: Do you have a writing ability? Is...
I have looked in and did some google searching of writers and what in the natal chart could point at writing ability or an interest in writing.  Obviously I like to write. I have written a number of stores/novels since I was twelve years old. ( I have some still and others are lost ). I also like to blog, but when I blog, my writing can become choppy because I write quick.  I have Mercury-Mars...

Little Kidz: Pisces Moon
Disclaimer: This post is solely based upon the Moon sign. When you read this whether it’s about yourself, your child, or sibling, you will find some to be true and others. That is because I am talking about possible manifestations. Also, it doesn’t take into consideration the rest of the chart, but especially moon placement and aspects.  Enjoy :-)  This is my last one of the...

Little Kidz: Aquarius Moon
Disclaimer: This is just based on the Moon sign. You may find that some things I write here apply to you and others do not. That is because we are not looking at entire chart.  Enjoy :-)  An Aquarius moon child is simply unique, perhaps his or her mother made the child out to be “special” as he or she grew up. The child grows up feeling different from everyone else, but they like...

The 6th house verses: The 12th house: SERVICE
A few weeks ago I mentioned about the 6th house and the 12th house and how both of them have to do with a service. Both houses have a multitude of manifestations, but service is one of them, and a big one at that.  Let’s recap..  The sixth house is about service, pets, food and nutrition, health, details, and routines and rituals, to just name a few. The twelfth house is a difficult...

Little Kidz: Capricorn moon
A Capricorn moon child needs stability and structure in their lives. All children, to some degree, need structure to thrive and be successful as adults, but some need it more than others.  Capricorn moon children at first glance may seem quiet. It is likely they did not cry much or were fussy as babies. Despite their quiet demeanor, they are definitely the thinking type. As children, they have...

Little Kidz: Sagittarius Moon
A Sagittarius moon child is optimistic and a chatter box. They ask a lot of questions, are opinionated, and are curious.  This is a kid that wants to know why. Why the world works the way it does, and since Sag is ruled by Jupiter, there is a sense of justice within the child. The child may wonder why certain criminals who do bad things are let out of jail, or why any person would want to harm...

Happy New Year
I started this blog about astrology in Oct 2010.  I hope to write a little in 2013. I plan on finishing the Little Kidz series and I want to write about a few more topics.  However, that being said, I can not guarantee a lot will be written through April, as I will be busy with school. If I have downtime I will be more than happy to write.  I was thinking about my solar return post for this...

A New Solar Return Year ( 29 Nov 2012-2013 )
So, this is kind of late.  My birthday ( 24 ) was on 29 November. I have just been busy, but anyway I like to look at my solar return and see what may happen. Last year I did this and my “predictions” about the themes of the year were pretty right.  I got the good grades and there was a lot of short term travel! ( 3H emphasis last year ). And planets in the 2nd house had a buying...

Little Kids: Scorpio Moon
Disclaimer: Read others ( Little Kidz Moon series )  A Scorpio Moon child is often quiet and unassuming, but their mind is far from quiet. It is also possible that you may feel they see right through you. If you were a Scorpio moon child, then you may have known all the secrets of others, and have known when adults were lying to you.  A Scorpio Moon child knows when you are lying to them, and...

Being a Leo moon...
I think most of us understand our charts and how they play into our personality. In my own personality, which has developed with the help of environment, maturity, and life experiences, I think I am still the same core person I always have been, and always will. I think most people will find that to be true with themselves as well. I see the chart as a patchwork of our personality; placements are...

Little Kidz: Libra Moon
Disclaimer: This is just how these can be manifested. Does not take into consideration Moon aspects and house placement, as well as the whole chart. You may find that some of these hold true, while others are a little off. Or you may know two people with this placement, and some is true for one and others are true for the second person. The Libra Moon child wants to be liked. He/she needs to be...

Summer is over!
Somehow the end of summer crept up wayyyy too fast. All I did was work, and on my two days off a week I just wanted to relax and have some fun. And now I’m back at schoolandworking part time, and I’m feeling stressed about finding a balance between work, school, and life. I am sorry for not blogging, but I will try to get some ideas up soon. It just gets way too busy for me sometimes....

Disclaimer: This is only talking about the Moon sign. Obviously the whole chart needs to be taken into consideration, but you will probably find these general ideas to be truth to your child, to yourself, or to someone you know. And these are only WAYS this can manifest. Some may apply to you, others will not. Depends on the rest of the chart. Enjoy :-) The Virgo moon child is meticulous,...

Saturn in the 11th house: Yes, who you hang out...
Growing up with Saturn in the 11th house has brought both challenges and benefits in my life. I was also born in a lower income socieo bracket, so the places and locations I’ve grown up in has not always been ideal. Challenges in my life: - I find it hard to “network” with people in my major and other dietitians. I love talking to my professors and asking them questions about...

Little Kidz: Leo Moon
Disclaimer: I am going to switch paragraphs between boys and girls, but this could apply to anyone. Also, these are only WAYS this placement can manifest. Not all Leo moon children will display all these characteristics. I am a Leo moon person, so I might be biased. LOL…j/k, but I know first hand what it’s like to be a Leo moon child. Obviously, this needs to be taken into account a...

Little Kidz: Cancer Moon
The Cancer moon child is soft and quiet, at least on the inside. They are sensitive to external stimuli and it’s easy to hurt their feelings. Depending on the rest of the personality ( like the Asc ), they may show a cold outer shell or be completely outwardly emotional about these things. Even if he’s not a quiet person, like a Leo rising, he still has a soft, sweet side on the...

Pluto in Capricorn: Women's Rights and...
So far during Pluto in Capricorn, a Democrat won office in November of 2008 which was the beginning of a new ear. Obama promised change when he was running for office four years ago. Republicans absolutely could not stand having a Dem in office so everyone went out and elected a Republican congress in 2010. Since then, there have been more talks of cutting social and education programs and even...

Little Kidz: Gemini Moon
“I think.” The Gemini Moon child likes to talk. Even if they are quiet at school or in public ( say if they have a Capricorn rising, Pisces rising, or a Virgo rising to name a few ), they talk talk talk at home. Astrology Questions
On Yahoo Answers I put my personal e-mail address on there for people to ask me questions regarding astrology. I have an email JUST for astrology questions.. ...

Little Kidz: Taurus Moon
The Taurus moon child likes comfort and stability. All children need stability to some degree ( chaos can do interesting things ), but this child needs it the most. He needs affection, but not in the same was as a Leo moon child. He needs a mom/dad that is always there for him when he needs it most. He needs affection but not too much of it.  She likes comfort. She will want you to read her a...

A month ago I wrote “Little Kidz Aries Moon.” I do still plan on continuing finishing the series, but it won’t be as involved as the last one. I’m studying nutrition and I like it alot. I love...

THE QUINCUNX
The Quincunx is when two planets are 150 degrees from each other ( with an orb of 8 degrees or less. I go by 8 degrees but some people think up to 10 degrees is significant. And that is a PERSONAL choice. It’s up to you! )  An example of a quincunx is when someone’s Mars in Aries/6 degrees is quincunx the Venus in Scorpio at 8 degrees. That leaves an orb of 2-ish. Well, that’s...

REPLY TO QUESTION
how exactly do you read a natal chart at it’s whole - i tried, but it’s confusing putting them all together.  Hi, sorry if I got to this late. I don’t always check this site on a regular basis and I don’t remember if I saw this message last night when I came on here.  Reading a natal chart as a whole can be difficult to “get” when you’re still a novice...

Little Kidz: Aries Moon
Sorry for writing this one so late!! Been busy with school, work, and random life things. I don’t like using he/she when I write so I will switch paragraphs using either he or she. She likes to ride her bike around the...

New series for 2012: Little Kid Interpretations
You might wonder what “Little Kid Interpretations” are. Well, remember my “Rising Sign Fun” I had a year ago. This will be similar.  Basically, this will be a basic interpretation of general personality in children. The Moon sign is said to be an important placement in a baby, toddler, or child’s chart. No doubt is the rising sign important as well. Obviously we will...

Pluto in Scorpio: The "Lost" Generation ( pt 2 )
In my previous post I talked about our generation and general feelings/attitudes towards sex/virginity/sexual images. I am sure some people could read this and be like, “Well what she said can apply to all generations. Women have always been seen as sexual objects. Not just now.” I am not sure if anyone saw the one paragraph I wrote about media images depicting women. Anyway, yeah,...

Pluto in Scorpio: The "Lost" Generation ( pt 1 )
I myself am a 23 yr old member of the notorious Pluto in Scorpio generation, as are my cousin, sister, best friends, boyfriend, and almost all of my acquaintances. Amont many other people. The Pluto in Scorpio generation is approximately from 1984 to 1996. Pluto in Sagittarius began in 1996, so some of the kids born that year are Pluto in Scorpio and others are Pluto in Sag, although I am sure...

Sagittarius verses Aquarius ( Long Post )
I am not sure about all of you, but when reading on the signs, there are a few similarities between Aquarius and Sagittarius. One thing I came cross between the two is truth. Both are said to be seekers of truth. What does “truth” mean? I’ve seen people debate what truth really is; objective verses subjective truth. And we can also make the argument that honesty and the Truth are...

Synastry: Moon-Saturn
Have you ever been in a relationship where the person seemed distant and almost more interested in their duties than you? Or perhaps you were in a situation when you were accused of being distant, when in fact that is how you really are?  Moon-Saturn is never a death sentence of a relationship, but these can be challenging. In fact, Moon-Saturn can be a binding force of a relationship. It can be...

Personal: New Solar Return Year
My birthday was last week on November 29th. As some of you already know, a solar return period is what you expect for a given year. The year lasts from your birthday to your next birthday. Take for example my birthday. My solar return lasts from 11-29-2011 to 11-29-2012. Last year a major theme in my chart was the 5th house. As many of you know about astrology, there are many meanings to the 5th...

Astrology & Anxiety/Panic Attacks Part 2
A few days ago I wrote on some of the basics of panic attacks on both blogs. A few people have commented on my blogs telling me how they also have problems and listed the placements that they think are important. Yes, Virgo or Gemini rising can also indicate a restless, nervous energy, but there also needs to be other factors as well. We can’t go by that alone, but the people  had other...

Astrology & Panic Attacks/Anxiety Part 1
This is something that has interested me for a while. As a person who has been suffering from panic attacks and extreme anxiety since my senior year of high school in 2008, this rings home to me. There are many ways this can manifest. ( And again, just because you have this problem and your natal chart shows it… that does not mean you are doomed for the rest of your life! you CAN get help...

My Nana: The Bestest Lady of All Time
My grandmother died 5 years ago on November 12th, 2006. Her birthday was November 6th, 1944. So if she was still alive now she would  be 67 now. Her death was greatly surprising. She was having bad knife-like pains in her legs and she did get help for them, but it was hard for doctors to make a prognosis. She died suddenly on the 12th of November when she went downstairs to go to the bathroom and...

Mars transiting my 6th house
Mars has been transiting my 6th house since the middle of October, so it’s  been almost a month. I’m sick. Not surprising considering it IS November and it IS getting colder, and the air IS getting drier. However, I survived Fall 2008, 2009, and 2010 without getting the flu, viral sore throats and strep throat. I got a couple mild colds that lasted less than 48 hours. In June of this...

A packed 5th house: A life of creativity and self...
I think people who have many planets in the 5th house are interesting. In many ways… I’m not a person who has a packed 5th house ( most of my planets fall in the 8H, 9H and 10H, which is true that those houses are an emphasis on my life. ) The 5th house represents love affairs and romance. Dating. But it also represents children, meaning how you view children in general and your own...
